Fed: One Nation at odds over boat people

One Nation president PAULINE HANSON is at odds with her party's Queensland leader over
his foray into the boat people debate.

Queensland One Nation parliamentary leader BILL FLYNN says Prime Minister JOHN HOWARD
should invoke Australia's war powers to give him legal authority to repel foreign incursion
by illegal immigrants.

Mr FLYNN says there may be dangerous foreign warriors hiding amongst the illegal immigrants.

He told journalists he has taken it upon himself to be a voice for One Nation across
Australia, saying he should not have to consult Ms HANSON on every issue.

Ms HANSON says she has not seen Mr FLYNN's statement or received a call from him and
he does not speak on behalf of One Nation.

She says people may have personal views but she could not say whether or not she agreed.
